Big day today. We passed the $100,000 donation mark. Many thanks to all those who have donated so far and to those who are thinking about it. Go for it!!!

Cheques, please make payable to "Right To Play (MQ 250)" and send to Sarah Stern, Right To Play, 65 Queen Street West, Suite 1110, Box 64, Toronto, Ontario, M5H, 2M5. Tax receipts will be sent for all online and cheque donations. Many thanks for all your help.

Bit of a drive today, across Calgary. I had to pass the construction site for the Peace bridge and had a surprise. No red cylinder to be seen. We've just had an election and a new Mayor was voted in. Maybe his first act was to scrap the bridge and turn the red cylinder into a cell phone tower. We shall see. I arrived at Father Lacombe High School at 8.15am and was met by Principal Kate. She's done Boston twice, so I figured we'd have a good race. The high school has 900 students from grade 10 to 12 and after assembly we all trooped out to start the marathon. I ran with loads of students which was great. Grade 12 student Mark was great company and he cranked out 16km. Grade 11 students Victor and Reme gave me $5 each to help with the fundraising. Thanks guys.

Finally would anyone like to sponsor marathon #200 on Monday Oct. 25th?

Dynastream in Cochrane were originally going to sponsor this marathon but they're now going for a date in November. I'm looking for an individual, group, business, gang or cult to sponsor the run. I will run at a location of your choice including around your house, business, sports field, club house or compound. Send me an email by Friday and let me know what you're thinking. It'll be a great day.
